Event Marketing
Gift Much will be marketing these events on Facebook and other platforms such as Eventbrite to bring as much attention as possible. Advertising will also include:

We encourage you to share these events with friends, family, and your community.
Vendor Information
Business License: Not required to participate.
Application Process: Applications are reviewed upon receipt. Approval/denial will be emailed. Approved vendors receive an invoice, and payment is due immediately.
Vendor Space: Each vendor receives a 10x10 space. Extra space available for an additional fee. No space sharing. Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
Food Trucks: Will be spaced accordingly.
Setup: Begins at 8:00am and must be completed by 9:45am. Vendors set up on pavement. Tents optional but encouraged (weights required).
Breakdown: Begins no earlier than 15 minutes before event close unless approved. Vendors must leave spaces clean.
Parking: Free on premises.
Vendor Conduct: No foul language, smoking, or alcohol. Professional and courteous conduct required.
Display Requirements (Tanger Outlet)
•Display must be neat and professional.
• No handwritten signs.
• No products sitting on the ground. Extra merchandise stored under tables.
•All tents must be in good condition and secured with weights.
•Tables must be covered on all four sides (no plastic covers).
•Covers must be floor-length, tucked if longer.
•Booths must look professional (no cardboard boxes, etc.).
•Vendors provide their own setup (tables, chairs, tents, etc.).
•Vendors must keep spaces clean and dispose of trash.
•Vendors are responsible for their own items and merchandise.
⚠️ Vendors must stay within their assigned spaces. Items may not extend into aisles or walkways.
Waitlist & Important Notes
If all spaces are filled, approved vendors will be placed on a waitlist. Open spots will be offered in order of placement.
• This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Tents encouraged and must be secured with weights.
• Event dates may change due to inclement weather.
• Vendors may be asked to leave for rule violations (no refunds).
• Hosts are not liable for theft, damage, or injury. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise at all times.
